Return Policy

Should you receive your order damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps to take in order to rectify the situation. Please open your package as soon as you receive it. Typically we require pictures of the damaged shipping tube and the product before anything is reprinted and reshipped. Please send your photos by email help@paperblast.com. Please include your name and order id number.

All our items are custom printed to order so we are unable to accept returns.  We want you to be 100% happy with your order so if there are any issues, please contact us to resolve any problems with your order.
