Q: Who is Paper Blast?
Paper Blast is a party company specializing in birthday party banners, invitations and selfie frames. We sell thousands of products and employ over 30 people in
the Chicago Suburbs.

Q: How do I customize my order?
If the product is able to be personalized you will see a box that says “Enter your Customization Details”.  Please enter your details in this box.  You will NOT see a preview of the changes live on the website. Once your order is placed a Paper Blast Team Designer will customize the order with your details.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Most orders are shipped out within 24-48 hours.  Shipping is by USPS Priority is 2-5 days, USPS Express Mail is 1-2 days.

If you have a tight deadline please contact us before placing your order so we can ensure we can meet your deadline and speed up your order if needed.

IF YOUR ORDER IS LATE OR DELAYED DUE TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR ORDER. Sometimes USPS delays shipments for up to 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for their delay and cannot provide refunds for any late shipments due to the shipping company. 

Q: How is my order shipped?

All posters and prints are shipped ROLLED in a sturdy cardboard shipping box. If mounting is chosen (available for some products) then your order will be shipped flat.

Q: How do I send you my photo for my order?

Email your photo to help@paperblast.com. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Q: What type of paper do you print on?

A:All posters and prints are printed on genuine HP Gloss Photo Paper. The paper has a gloss coating and produces deep blacks and vivid color. It is water-resistant and it’s thickness is 7.4 mil. (0.19558 mm).

Q: What is mounting?

A: Mounting is when we affix your poster to a foam core board and cut out the center so it comes ready to use. If you choose not to add mounting then you will need to affix to your own board and cut out the center.

Q: How do I assemble my Selfie Frame Poster?

Materials Needed
1. 24″ x 36″ Foam Core Board (available to purchase at Office Supply Stores or Walmart/Target) or Cardboard cut to size.
2. Heavy Duty Glue Stick
3. Yard Stick or Straight Edge
4. Craft Knife

Instructions
1. Open your poster and let lay flat.
2. Apply glue to the foam board and affix the poster to the foam board.
3. Let dry completely.
4. Use the straight edge and craft knife to cut out the center of the poster/foam board.
7. Hold up the assembled board and smile for your photo.

Q: What if I receive my order damaged?

A: If you should receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. We will advise you on the next steps to take in order to rectify the situation. Please open your package as soon as you receive it. Typically we require pictures of the box and the damaged products before anything is reprinted and reshipped.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: All our items are custom printed to order so we are unable to accept returns. We will send a replacement if your order is damaged during delivery. Please contact to resolve any problems with your order.

Q:  What if I did not receive my order on time?  

We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service. NO SHIPPING IS GUARANTEED ON ANY SPECIFIC DATE. The post office delays packages, reroutes them, and causes late deliveries.

We do not offer refunds or store credit based on late arrivals that are not at the fault of Paper Blast.

Q: What if my order is lost?

If your package is lost, please contact the USPS to try and locate it. If 20 days passes, and they are still unable to locate your package and the tracking is showing no movement, a store credit will be issued to you for product purchased, minus the cost of shipping. We cannot refund your shipping if the error is caused by the post office. Orders marked as delivered by the USPS cannot be credited. Paper Blast is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.
